In the warranty term, we are responsible for the defect, the ill parts and the badness performance under the proper operation, which are all caused by the mistakes in our processing flow, but except the rent of vehicle, the charge of courtesy car and dragging, and the compensation for suspension of business etc.

The Issues beyond the Warranty
(The following issues regarded as beyond warranty)
>No notice of the bad performance of the device beforehand
>No presentation of the warranty for the warranty application
>The bad performance caused by the regular maintenance
>The mistakes caused by carelessness or the bad performance caused on purpose
>The bad performance caused by the bad engine oil and coolant
>The bad performance caused by the abnormal consuming engine oil
>The bad performance caused by the natural disaster, fire, flood and accident etc.
>The bad performance caused by the alternation or racing
>The case of non-return of the engine and no warranty registration

The Execution of Inspection and Repair
For the maintenance of the capability and safety of engine, the normal repair(inspection before run, regular inspection, and the inspection of consuming status of engine oil and coolant etc) is charged from customers

The case of returning engine with products: Please attach the dispatch list of the appointed delivery company with the products (please do not change as the recordation of the invoice and the particular contract number). The pre-payment is charged from our company, no charges from customers.
For late return of the used engine, please give us an advanced notice. The return period is around 2 weeks.
The additional charges for used engine as follows:
>No return of used engine (our company shall confirm in advnace)
>The damages on the body of cylinder block of the used engine
>The return engine not with used engine
>The defection of parts of the return engine
